Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not permitted within 7 days of your scheduled session date and time. This includes partial cancellations or reductions in attendee numbers.
Rescheduling is handled separately and is subject to the following conditions:
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is not permitted within 48 hours (2 days) of your scheduled session. Requests made earlier than 48 hours may be accepted subject to availability.
No-shows and late arrivals:
Bookings where attendees do not arrive on time may be shortened or marked as completed. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Exceptional circumstances:
If we need to cancel a session due to safety concerns, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a reschedule or suitable alternative where applicable.
How to request changes:
Please contact us with your booking name, session date/time, and preferred alternative dates. Requests are confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from our team.
