Join this unique soap making workshop in Stratford and create a stunning crystal grape soap cluster — inspired by real fruit textures, combining hand-cut soap shaping with careful assembly to produce a realistic, jewel-like bunch.
This relaxing and creative workshop is perfect if you're looking for a fun, aesthetic experience to share with friends or a partner. You'll cut and shape translucent soap pieces, assemble them onto natural rope, and finish with ribbons and packaging.
It's a tactile, rewarding task that's great for switching off from the daily grind — and you'll leave with a beautiful handmade piece that works just as well as home decor as it does a thoughtful gift.

Bold and rich — a striking jewel-like finish
Fresh and translucent — like a muscat grape
Soft and feminine — a popular choice for gifts
Cool and crystalline — like a frozen tide
Combine multiple colours — your unique creation
A relaxed, step-by-step experience — from welcome to a finished grape cluster.
Arrive at the studio and get introduced to the soap-making process — tools, materials, and basic techniques. Your instructor will walk you through everything before you begin.
Cut your chosen coloured soap into small, even cubes to form the base of your grape pieces. Your instructor will show you the right technique and size to aim for.
Trim and soften the edges of each cube to create natural, rounded grape shapes — soft, translucent, and crystal-like. This is a meditative and satisfying step.
Attach each soap piece onto the rope, building your bunch layer by layer from the top down. Your instructor will guide you on spacing and arrangement to make it look full and natural.
Position and shape the cluster to make it look full, balanced, and realistic. Step back, assess, and make any final tweaks until you're happy with the result.
Add ribbon and final decorative touches. Your grape cluster is then beautifully packaged and ready to take home — a bespoke handmade piece that's uniquely yours.
Every grape cluster is unique — here are some beautiful pieces our students have created.
