Welcome & Introduction
Arrive at the studio and get introduced to the gel candle-making process — tools, materials, and basic techniques. Your instructor will set you up for success before you begin.
Choose Your Glass & Style
Pick your favourite glass container and decide on your design theme. Ocean, floral, cocktail, celestial — the choice is entirely yours. Your instructor will help you plan the layout.
Prepare Colours & Materials
Select and mix your gel wax colours, then gather your decorations — dried flowers, shells, stones, or anything that brings your design to life.
Create Your Scent
Select from a range of premium essential oils and blend a fragrance you love. Your candle will smell just as beautiful as it looks.
Build Your Candle
Layer the gel wax and carefully place your decorations to bring your design to life. Your instructor will guide you to achieve a clean, balanced, and professional finish.
Finish & Take Home
Add the final touches, allow your candle to set, and take it home in beautiful gift-ready packaging — a bespoke keepsake you made yourself, ready to display or give away.

Who is this workshop for?
Beginner-friendly and suitable for almost everyone — no experience needed.
01. Can I take my candle home on the same day?
Yes — your candle will be ready to take home after the session in beautiful gift-ready packaging. Please allow an additional ~15 minutes for the gel wax to set properly.
02. Can I choose my own design and theme?
Absolutely. You'll have complete creative freedom — choose your glass container, colour palette, decorative elements, and fragrance. Your instructor will help you bring your vision to life.
03. What themes can I do?
Popular themes include ocean, floral, cocktail, celestial, botanical, and seasonal designs. You're also welcome to create something completely original — there are no rules.
04. What's the difference between the £55 and £85 options?
£55 covers 1 handcrafted gel candle per person. £85 covers 2 candles per person — you can choose different styles for each. Both include all materials and gift packaging.
05. Do I need any experience?
No experience is needed. This workshop is fully beginner-friendly — your instructor will guide you through every step of the process.
06. What should I bring?
All materials are provided. Feel free to bring your own drinks (BYOB) to enjoy during the session.
07. Is it suitable for children?
This workshop is suitable for ages 10 and above. An adult must accompany any attending children — the adult may observe for free.
08. Will other groups be in the studio at the same time?
Yes — other workshops may run at the same time. The studio is a shared creative space with a relaxed, social atmosphere.
09. Is parking available?
Yes — street parking is available on both sides of the road on a first-come, first-served basis. The studio is also a 6-minute walk from Stratford Station.
