Pick up a bean pod. Shake it — hear that soft rattle? That's the original seed, still tucked safely inside. Every pod grows into its own shape, so every buddy made in our studio is genuinely one of a kind.
With yarn hair, expressive eyes, miniature glasses, fabrics, flowers and hundreds of natural decorations to choose from, you'll design a little character from start to finish — then take it home as a bag charm, keychain, or car charm.

Your workstation comes stocked with a full wall of woodland treasures — natural seed pods, dried flowers, shells, buttons, fabrics, colourful yarns, googly eyes, miniature glasses, and more surprises than we can list.
Our most family-friendly workshop
Kids aged 6 and up are welcome to make their own buddy — and an accompanying adult observes for free. It's a lovely, low-pressure craft for small hands: no heat, no sharp tools, just imagination.

Do I need any experience?
None at all. Your tutor guides you through every step — it's a lovely, low-pressure introduction even if you've never tried anything like this before.
What ages is this suitable for?
Adults and kids aged 6+. An adult must accompany any attending kids, and the adult may observe for free.
What's the difference between Single and Double Pod?
Single Pod (£49) is one bean pod finished as a keychain. Double Pod (£59) uses two pods for a fuller, more sculptural charm finished as a bag charm. The workshop experience is identical.
What is the double-sided add-on?
For +£10 you can decorate both sides of your charm so it looks beautiful from every angle. You can add this option when you book.
Can I bring drinks? (BYOB)
Yes, BYOB is welcome — bring your favourite drinks and settle in.
Is parking available nearby?
Yes — street parking is available on both sides of the road on a first-come, first-served basis. The studio is also a short walk from Stratford Station.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free to cancel or reschedule up until 3 days before the class.
